Our integrative approach combines traditional primary care with Lifestyle and Functional Medicine to treat the whole you. Services include wellness exams, chronic disease management, women’s health and hormone support, perimenopause and menopause care, nutrition and lifestyle counseling, and sick visits when you need them. In-person visits are available every Wednesday in St. Paul, with telemedicine options available throughout the week.
